There is always the other side of each and every one of us... Especially those who are so friendly and cheerful all the time... Always taking criticisms from others and being pushed around... This means no offence to anyone but I'm just stating what everyone has been through before or has not come to that stage... Anyways, it'll be real scary if that all so friendly and cheerful person burst out their anger within... It'll be like a person that no one has ever seen before... Like I mentioned before in one of my posts, everyone has their own limits... It's like a bomb that is going to be triggered anytime and once that happens, hell breaks lose...

What happened today was unfortunate in the books of history in my life... I'm not going to tell what really happened but everything is back to normal now... Anyways, back to the past few days... Been feeling tired and down due to the class tests and phase (practical) tests for Networking and Media Services and Digital Media Technology... DMT phase test and class will commence next week so I have to start studying this week... At least NMS class and phase test are over... One down, one more to attack...

Luke 14:21-24
"The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, 'Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.'
" 'Sir,' the servant said, 'what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.'
"Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in, so that my house will be full. I tell you, not one of those men who were invited will get a taste of my banquet.' "

Today's sermon in YM was kind of boring for me, not because of the pastor but, it was due to my tiredness... Pastor Aaron was preaching on the book of Luke, implying to us that we should bring more non-believers to Christ so that they would be saved... He taught us more on the term of Evangelism, telling us that we shouldn't give up on our non-christian friends... We should at least try our very best to bring them to Christ but if they choose not to believe, then at least we have done our part...

After the 11am service, my mum and I went to Singapore Casket to visit one of our very close church member... He helped out my family members in their marriage arrangements and out of respect, I decided to go with my mum for his wake... It was my first time going for a wake so my mum had to tell me what I was not supposed to say and do during the wake... When I visited his casket and seeing his face, I feel so peaceful now... Although I still feel sad that he has passed on, but I know that he has gone to live in paradise with the Lord...

The heart is nothing but a painful human organ especially when feelings steps in... I guess everybody should have gone through what I've been through when it comes to the affairs of the heart... For now, I'm not going to let my heart hurt me over small matters... If I have to harden my heart, I'll do so but that won't be me... Who's the real me?? Who are we when the heart takes over the brain and our entire body?? Will the ending be what we want it to be or, otherwise?? The conclusion, unknown...

Yesterday, a few of my classmates and I, had to stay back in school from 4pm to 9pm for the official opening of ITE College East and our guest of honour was none other than our Prime Minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong... My friend and I were stationed at the auditorium to listen to our Prime Minister's speech and witnessing The Official Grand Opening of ITE College East... A spectacular sight, I must comment... There were of course performances by the CEMTA, Center of the Music and The Arts... It was such an exciting night not to be forgotten but sad to say, I didn't get a chance to shake our Prime Minister's hand... Well, at least it was an honour being there and witnessing all that...

This morning, I had to wake up at 6am on a wonderful Saturday morning just for Flag Day... It felt weird waking up that early as I usually wake up around 7am on school days... So I met Randy at Tampines MRT station while on my way there... We had to go all the way to YMCA headquarters, near Douby Ghaut MRT station... We decided to have our breakfast nearby after collecting the tins... Soon after that, we went our separate ways... Went back HQ around 1pm then Randy, Ricky, Simon, Edric, Yi Hao, Jiayu, Vio, Lynn and I, went to Cineleisure Orchard to watch V for Vendetta... This was my second time watching the same movie but it was worth it since I didn't understood the whole storyline when I watched it for the first time... After the movie, we split up... Jiayu, Lynn and I went back home while the rest went shopping in Orchard... What an exciting and wonderful Saturday I had... But I'm seriously tired out now...

Mark 12:30-31
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." The second is this: "Love your neighbor as yourself." There is no commandment greater than these.

After hearing this morning's sermon, it has made an impact for the start of my week... I love hearing these sermons especially in YM as it really brings back all those good old times when we first became Christians, learning all these verses and memorizing them when we were younger... As for now, we tend to forget these commandments as we can't even follow up with our quiet time with the Lord Jesus Christ due to our heavy schedules... We should never forget these two greatest commandments wherever we go as; we could apply this to our daily lives... "Heavenly Father, I ask for your forgiveness for disappointing as I have been doing against your will... Thank you Lord for this refreshing sermon... It's great hearing these two commandments once again... Thank You Lord... THANK YOU!!"

A tiring day for me indeed... I had to go all the way to Peninsular to get my shirt changed, as the shirt I bought from there yesterday, had some problems... So I went the distance to get it changed for a nicer and better quality shirt that suits my liking... Had my lunch, together with my mum and sis, at the Downtown East NTUC Resort foodcourt... Guess what dished we ate?? It was none other than my favourite, CHICKEN RICE!!... The chicken rice was so tasty that I ordered another extra bowl of rice... Everything just tasted so well done... Starting from the chicken, to the rice, to the soup and so on... I really enjoyed my lunch... I don't mind going every week after church just for lunch...

There are times when we are so busy that we've got no free time... Then before you know it, a day has passed... Then a week, a month and finally, a year... Time is never on our side... We always have to plan our day in order so that it'll be satisfied for all... But is it worth planning?? What if our plan goes another direction?? One way is to pray and ask for the Lord's advice...

Yesterday I went to watch V for Vendetta with my homies, Jeremy and Garry... It's a movie that I'll never forget... The storyline is very well done and everything else just falls in place... I recommend that this is a must-watch movie to either of you as; it's a film worth watching... I really enjoyed myself yesterday... Thanks homies...

Enough about yesterday, now is time for today... My day started off in the morning, waking up to go to the gym with my homie, Jeremy... Well, I exercised for half an hour or so before my homie came... Anyways, we did strenuous exercises for two hours plus before we went to Peninsular... My homie wanted to modify his electric guitar so; I decided to go too... I wanted to buy something from there anyways so might as well go... So we waited till 6pm before we made our way back to the shop to collect his brand new modified electric guitar and went home... But before that, we went to Funan IT Mall to look at IPods... Well, I managed to get a chance to talk with my colleagues at Fujitsu when we were there... Its great catching up with them once again after three months back in school... Somehow I miss working there or maybe I miss working with them... I really enjoyed those 15 minutes today just talking to you guys and girls...

In Psalms 1:1-3...
"Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit inn the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers."

During sermon this morning, Youth Ministry, I took home one message which was, "The Lord has a path for each and every one of you"... Most of us have faced lots of rejections from the person we admire but why is that so?? If you think that you can spend your life with his or her life, why did he or she reject you?? Well, that only leads to one answer and that is, the Lord knows you're not ready to handle a relationship... That's what I learned today... Never rush into a relationship... So whatever sorrows or downfalls I encounter, I know that it is part of my learning process and it isn't the right time for me yet... The sermon really showed me that the Lord has everything planned for me so, I'm just going to be patient with my life and enjoy each new day that comes by...

Life is unpredictable... No one knows what's going to happen tomorrow in their life... Whether it's good or bad day, we should always think positive as life is short... What's the point pondering on the negative side of your life when it's already screwed up?? Like I mentioned above, life is short... Stay positive and look forward to each new day while you still can... Live life to the fullest with good intentions... Reflect on my words and look forward with a smile on your face every morning at the start of your day...

My whole morning was wasted due to my long sleep till 12:30pm... Well, at least I still had my afternoon to do my stuffs, I thought so anyways... My whole afternoon was then wasted as I had a long lunch at home, MacDonald's... In the end, I was left with the evening to really do my stuffs... So I decided to go to the gym and my mum also decided to go too... We exercised at the gym for about one and a half hours... Now, for dinner... We decided to have prata as I had the urge to drink teh terik... WOW!! I still love the teh terik there... That really hit the spot after all that strenuous exercise at the gym...

It's very rare that people can remember about their past unless it has made an impact in his or her life... The past may be a danger zone or a learning zone... Most of us will remember the things that we want to forget, but how about those good times?? If we actually count the number of good times against the down times, we can hardly remember the good old times... We can only remember that particular date, time, or year... The rest is just a blur vision from a distance...

Today after school, I decided to take a different route home... Instead of taking bus 31, I took bus 12 as I was accompanying my friend... Surprisingly, I saw one of my secondary school friends... My junior in fact... She was my junior librarian and I was shocked to see that she was wearing the ITE uniform... Sad to say, I forgot her name and I forgot what course she's studying in... I don't know whether to be happy for her or sad... She may be happy with the course she took up or sad that she's in ITE... But her face tells it all... She looks happy studying the course she applied for and hence, I'm happy for her too... Enjoy your stay :) ...

Haven't been updating lately as I was either too tired or too busy so here I am, bringing my viewers back... Nothing much happened these past few days except that we have a new project and finally, our group presented our previous project... Both of our teachers are proud with our work especially with the picture/video slideshow... I'm happy to hear that as I'm the main video editor and I came out with most of the video effects so of course, I have to be proud about it... Special thanks to my group members again... Things wouldn't have gone so smoothly without you guys... THREE CHEERS FOR JERRY!! ... LoL!!:D ... In case any of you are curious who's JERRY?? It's the name of our group. Each letter represents our name and thus, JERRY was born...

Everyone knows the meaning of bonding... Whether it's bonding with family or friends, it's something that draws us closer to one another and enjoying each other's company... Bonding is a define word that explains, "Bringing people together and sharing an interest or whatsoever"... Bonding has no limitations... It's not only for family or friends; it's also the relationship between the Lord Jesus Christ and us... That is a bond that we should always have in our lives...

Today my mum, sis and I went for 11am service to take the Holy Communion... It's a refreshing start as Rev Dr Jonathan Seet preached on book of Exodus 16:11-36, 17:1-7... It was about how God was tested by Israelites... I was feeling kind of hungry during the sermon but when it was time for Holy Communion, I ate the bread and drank the wine... Shortly after that, I was feeling full... God has answered my prayer as I said I needed something to fill my stomach, since this morning's breakfast was only a pinch in my stomach... I kept laughing to myself as later during lunch time, I ate quite a lot but I was still feeling full...

Later in the afternoon, my sis and I went cycling... We rode our bicycles all the way to Sunplaza Park and sis; you've improved quite a lot... At least now you can ride without losing your balance but overall, you did alright :) ... THREE CHEERS!!! ... I finally got my bicycle tire pumped and I was riding behind my sis to make sure she doesn't fall... But in the end, I rode in front as I was more steady and faster than my sis... LoL!!:D ... I really enjoyed cycling with my sis and almost forgot to mention that my mum also followed us, walking... Hopefully we could do this every week...

Exercise... Due to the work everybody faces each day, it's hard to keep yourself fit and healthy... Added in the late nights and the high stress level, it's no wonder everybody has developed eye bags... When the earth is spinning, we're moving... It's just like a race everyday... Once you stop, you've lost your pace... So once that happens, everything starts all over again and you start running again keeping up that pace and overcoming more and more obstacles...

This morning, I went to the gym with my homie, Jeremy... It's been quite a while since I went to the gym as I've been rather busy with projects, tests and some other things... We spent there about 2 hours, exercising to our fullest... As for lunch, we went to Burger King to rest and relax after the hard training... After lunch, we went our separate ways... I went to meet my mum and Jeremy went back home... We went to buy dinner for my grandparents and later after that, my mum; sis and I went to eat our own dinner... Yup, that's pretty much of my day...

Life is full of regrets and making the wrong choices... No point looking back and live your life full of regrets... That's not the way to live life to the fullest... One should always learn from one's mistake and take charge when that same scenario comes by again... We should always remember one person that has been there for us 24/7... Yes!! I'm talking about our Lord, Jesus Christ... Live On, Move On, Pray On...

My week has been rather busy... Well, very busy in fact as we had a project in our hands again... This time, we had to create our own video slideshow and I was the one doing the editing... It was CooL!! doing these projects as we learned tons of CooL!! stuffs using Adobe Premiere Pro... It was rather stressful as we had to present our final product within a week so, we're limited to our own discovery of the whole video editing but I managed to learn quite a lot honestly speaking... Now, special thanks to my group members... Randy, Ricky, Rome, Edric and Yi Hao... Without them, things wouldn't have gone this smoothly... It's great working together as a group... :) ... By the way we already handed in our project so now it's time to sit back, relax and do our own stuffs...
