~~~~~MERRY CHRISTMAS!!~~~~~
Last night was Christmas Eve... My family and I went down to my Grandparents' place to celebrate... It was like a buffet and all thanks would go out to my Aunt and my Grandparents' maid for whipping up all that food... We then received our presents after the scrumptious dinner... My Mum, Sis and I then made our way to church for a candle-light service... The atmosphere was cozy and overwhelming as we see all our candles being lit up... For me, Christmas Eve is all about spending an intimate time with God and with the people I love...
This morning, we made our way to church... My Mum, Sis and I took a cab to fetch my little Cousin from my Grandparents' place and made our way to church together... My little Cousin's family was already there, seated... Everyone was filled with the Christmas Spirit... Adding to that, I would also like to thank Jocey for the pastries... They tasted amazing!!... We sang lots of Christmas songs and had a joyous time worshipping Him... The sermon impacted us all and it was also a self-reflection on one self... After that, all of us made our way to Parkway Parade to have our lunch... We went to my Grandparents' place after that...
Well, that's about it... Merry Christmas to everyone once again... I hope that all of you had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas... To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
~~~~~Caroling @ Takashimaya~~~~~

This evening, my Mum and I went to Orchard Road... We made our way to Ngee Ann City, Takashimaya, to give our support to our church's youth carolers... They sounded great but sadly, the speakers were kind of soft...

After that, my Mum and I went to have our dinner at Pasta Cafe... That was around 9:30pm and the restaurant was going to close up around 10pm... We were so hungry, plus their service was very fast and efficient, that we managed to finish up slightly before closing time... We made our way back home after that...

Well, that's about it... Enjoy the pictures of the carolers and Orchard lights... Have a wonderful Christmas Eve tomorrow... To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...

~~~~~STEAMBOAT TIME!!~~~~~
This afternoon, my Mum and I went to Marina Square to have our late lunch and to do some shopping... We decided to dine at Hotpot Culture... Instead of having the porridge buffet, we had the steamboat ala-carte buffet... It was much cheaper to eat during the weekdays as for weekends, it'll cost $24.00++... While for weekdays, it'll only cost you $19.80 per person...
We had two different kinds of soups... Mine was Hot and Spicy and my Mum's one was Chicken... There were many varieties of food to choose from, raw and cooked... We started eating at about 5pm and finished only at around 7pm... That's two hours spent on our steamboat lunch... I really love to eat steamboat... Thanks Mum for that...
After that, we went shopping for a while... We then went to TopMan and I bought a t-shirt, a polo-t and a shirt... We made our way back home after that... Until now, we've yet to take our dinner as we could still feel our lunch in our stomachs...
Well, that's about it... Have a wonderful Christmas ahead of you!! To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
~~~~~Chilling Out~~~~~

Today, I went to meet up with Randy for lunch... Unfortunately I was totally late... My apologies to you dude...

After lunch, we went to Katong to play pool... The score ended with 7 - 12... It's up to you, readers, to make a guess whose score is whose... We then made our way to Katong Shopping Centre to play LAN... Three hours later, we made our way back to Tampines to have our dinner... We decided to have Pepper Lunch, at Century Square, for dinner... By the time we were done, the Food Junction was also closing...

2 days ago, Sunday, my whole family went to celebrate my Grandpa's Birthday at Koo Kee Dumpling & Ramen House... Just for your information, it is in Century Square... I managed to clear almost all the dishes served as I didn't have any breakfast in the morning... After that, we went window shopping... It's been months since my Grandparents went out... I was surprised that they still knew where some of the shops were located... After walking for some time, we accompanied my Grandparents back to their place... We stayed for a while before we made our way back home...

Well, that's about it... Good to catch up with you again Randy, after like so many months... Have a wonderful holiday, full of rest and relaxation... To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...

~~~~~The Season To Be Jolly!!~~~~~
FINALLY!! SCHOOL'S OUT!! Although it's only for two weeks, it'll be a good time to chill out and just to enjoy the upcoming Christmas Season...
Just now, I went to meet up with my Poly classmates for dinner at VivoCity... We went to dine at HK Cafe... The food was good but I guess the reason was that we were extremely hungry as we took about half an hour just to search for the restaurant... After dinner, we went to chill out at the rooftop...
Well, that's about it... I'm really looking forward to tomorrow as I'll be waking up to a morning that will be the start of the holidays... To all, enjoy yourselves and take care too... God bless all of you... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
~~~~~Long Wait, Fast Operation~~~~~

This morning, I had to wake up early in the morning even though I had no school... Why? The reason was because; I had to send my laptop for servicing... The problem was that I couldn't charge my laptop as the pin at the charging dock, broke... Before going all the way to Jurong East, I met up with Kenji at his house's bus-stop... We took bus 39 to Khatib MRT Station and then took the MRT from there to Jurong East...

When we reached Jurong East MRT Station, Kenji was extremely hungry as he didn't eat his breakfast... So we went to hunt for nearby coffee shops... We managed to find a few and decided to eat chicken rice at one of them... After that, we walked all the way to Acer's service centre...

We had to wait for 1 and a half hours before it was our turn... I was glad to hear when they said they could fix it on the spot... It took the technician less than half an hour to change the charging dock... We then made our way back home... Unfortunately for me, on the way back, I was caught in a thunderstorm and was totally drenched... Kenji was one lucky dude to make it home before it rained...

Well, that's about it... Thanks Kenji for accompanying me all the way there without getting your laptop checked... I hope that it won't auto shut down anymore... To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...

~~~~~Holidays, Busy, Tests~~~~~
Apologies for the late update... I've been busy studying for lots of tests the last couple of weeks... This week, I'll be having Networking Test tomorrow... Followed up with RAD (Rapid Application Development) Assignment and Computer Operating Systems (COS) Quiz on Thursday...
I'm glad to see that all the O Level students are finally getting into the enjoy mood after all those restless nights and tons of stress throughout the many weeks or months of preparation...
So anyway, for Yesterday, I had to help my Sis to send her CPU unit to challenger at White Sands... My Mum and Sis couldn't do it by themselves as it was kind of heavy... We took a cab there and fortunately, they fixed it on the spot... The reason why she couldn't on the computer was because the power supply had blown... They had it replaced and within a few minutes, we came back home and had it tested out... After that, I rushed down to church for my Small Group... Although I was half an hour late, sorry to my Small Group members if you're reading this, I managed to reach in time before they started on the context to the scripture... For dinner, KK, Shui Min, Yong Wei and I went to West Plaza to eat a spread of dishes... By the way, Shui Min drove us there... Upon coming back home, I got a lift from KK as it was on the way...
This morning, my family and I went to church early as I had SVL duty... Everything went smoothly today and I felt that we did a great job serving the Lord... After that, I went out with my family and we dined at Century Square Food Junction... I really missed eating Pepper Lunch... Soon after lunch, we went to Royal Sporting House as I had to buy slippers as my current one is going to break into half... Now, I'm at home and will be starting my revision soon...
Well, that's about it... Do pray for me or wish me luck for my upcoming 3 tests... To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
Roses
Crucified
Laid behind the stone
You lived to die
Rejected and alone
Rose
Like the rose
Trampled on the ground
You took the fall, and thought of me
Above all
The Sanctuary
On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross,
The emblem of suffering and shame;
And I love that old cross where the dearest and best,
For a world of lost sinners was slain.
The Sanctuary
So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down,
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it someday for a crown
~~~~~Snap Snap!!~~~~~

A week just passed by in a blink of an eye... O Levels have already started and going to end in a few weeks' time... Polytechnic students have all gone back to school to start a brand new semester and the hectic and stressful periods will come flying in even before you can take a single breath...

Yesterday was a great session during my camera class, that was held in church in the morning... Our instructor showed us the pictures he took around Singapore and in Switzerland... He greatly inspired us on how to be creative and portraying a meaning behind the picture...
After that, I went back to church at late noon to attend my Small Group Bible Study Session... I was the one leading and the topic was, Role of the Women, found in 1 Timothy 2:9-15...
In summary, Paul's letter to Timothy was to tell the church at Ephesus that some of the women in the church were leading lives of impurity and their inappropriate behaviour carried over into the worship services of the church... Also under the guise of coming together to worship, these women were calling attention to themselves and proving to be a serious distraction to the rest of the body... In short we should always be drawing our attention to God, by worshipping Him, and not to ourselves...

This morning, I had to be in church early as I was on duty... I was manning the video mixer today and my partner was manning the sound mixer... It went well throughout and we had Holy Communion after our Reverend Doctor Jonathan Seet's Sermon...
After that, I went with my Mum and Sis for lunch... I went to meet up with Randy after lunch to have a few games of pool... We made our way to Katong and played about 25 games of pool, almost up to 4 hours there... The final score was, 13 - 9... It was nevertheless a close match but he still managed to get 4 points more than me... We then made our way back to Tampines to have our dinner... We actually intended to dine at KFC but just by looking at the queue, we decided to dine at MacDonald's at Tampines Mall...

Well, that's the update for the entire week... Do enjoy the pictures I'm about to post... To all, God bless and take care... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
