~~~~~MAMMA MIA!!~~~~~
It's been a while since I last updated... Two weeks ago, I was down with a bad flu... I was so sick that I had to go on MC on a Friday and miss work... Followed up by boring weekends as I had to stay at home to recuperate... I even had a hard time just getting out of bed, on Sunday, to make it for the 11am service at church... After the service, I felt better as I felt God's presence and Him laying His healing hands upon me... Thank you Lord for taking away my illness...
Last week was a bit better but still had a bad running nose... Work was different as I wasn't in the imaging department, means scanning policies all day, but now I'm in the GIRO department... Basically, I had to do lots of checking of policies and bank account numbers on each of the policies... My weekends were at least better as I got to spend time outside... I managed to make it for Life Group and we finished our last lesson on Revelation...
Today, I just came back from a movie with my Mum and Sis... We went to watch Mamma Mia... Although it's a musical based and songs from Abba, it was no doubt a great movie... Donna, played by Meryl Streep was indeed a great actress and a singer too... It was a bit weird when Pierce Brosnan started singing as well, he's much better of an actor but it didn't sound too bad anyway...
I managed to catch the F1 qualifying race on TV and Felipe Massa was great... His timing at the end of Q3 was 1:44.801... I was a bit disappointed in Lewis Hamilton's performance but at least at the end of Q3, he managed to clinch in a 2nd place after Felipe Massa by 0.336 seconds...
Well, that's about it... Many apologies for not updating so frequently... Have a blessed week ahead of you and thanks for visiting... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
~~~~~HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!!~~~~~

This afternoon my family and I went to meet the entire family at Century Square, Koo Kee Dumpling & Ramen House, to celebrate my Grandma's Birthday...

First dish on our table was the birthday bun... My Grandma was delighted upon receiving hers as it was the biggest one among all... Sad to say, I didn't manage to take a picture of that as she decided to take it back home to eat... After that, Shark's Fin soup was being served... Followed up by Roasted Chicken, Seaweed Toufu, Vegetables, Giant Prawns, Shredded Pork with Flour Skin, Ramen and finished up with a Mango dessert... Everybody enjoyed the lunch and credits go out to my Mum for making the effort to get the manager to write up a wonderful menu for all of us... Thanks Mum!!

This evening, I went for Life Group... We are going more and more in depth into the book of Revelation and knowing what will happen during the end times, as what is said in the Holy Bible... After that, a number of us went out to Chin Chin Restaurant to have our dinner... Guess what?? It was a CHICKENRICE restaurant!!! I found it so delicious that I had three plates of rice, chickenrice flavour... We ordered the Steam Chicken, Veggies, Pork Chop and Potatoe and Pork Balls... Unfortunately, we didn't manage to avoid the rain... We got drenched on the way back home...

Well, that's the update for today... What a day... One last thing... HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!! May God Bless You and May All Your Wishes Come True... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...

~~~~~STEAMBOAT!!~~~~~
Since Monday, I started working at Great Eastern again... The past two days wasn't that wonderful... At least for today, the dark clouds cleared and the sun was out...
On Monday, I ate lunch alone as the newly joined staff were of different age group and was kind of anti-social... Things were rather quiet for the first day...
Yesterday, I went to eat lunch with my Sis at Fork & Spoon in China Square... We had to wait for more than 15 minutes for our pizza to be ready... The boss was very generous and offered us an Espresso on the house since we were patiently waiting...
This afternoon I went out with one of the temporary staff, same age as me, and other contract staff he knew... We went to eat at Hong Lim and the first dish I bought, since my last visit there, was none other than CHICKENRICE...
Dinner was super... I met up with my Mum and Sis at Suntec City and we had a steamboat dinner... Since it was individual pots, we chose all the 3 soups that were available and shared among ourselves... I really love steamboat... Thanks Mum!!!
So far, that's about it for now... Time for me to hit the sack soon as I have to report for work tomorrow... This is JoNaThAn... signing out*...
