~~~~~Back to the drawing board~~~~~
It was such a tiring and disappointing day at work today. I've realised that sometimes even though things may work today, tomorrow will be a different story. I guess that in this line of work, there will be much disappointment especially when it is those simple errors that are so obvious and it should always be working. The only thing motivating me every day is just waiting to see and think of the big picture, the final output that will be deployed Live for our clients to use.
Well, aside from work, daily life is kind of boring since I can't find the time to chill out with my friends due to my working hours. Weeknights and Weekends are the only time I'm left to myself and to loosen up. Even so, Weeknights I can't stay out too late since the next day I have to wake up early for work. I guess time management plays an important part, setting out your priorities and to stay on that path. I am thankful that help is just a prayer away and I could always cry out to God and to my family in times of stress and disappointment. =)
In Ecclesiastes 8:16-17; Solomon was trying to put across that no matter how much we work, no one will see it whereas if it is God's work, all of us can see it. Just look at his creations and that took many, many years or centuries.
Ecclesiastes 8:16-17:
16When I applied my mind to know wisdom and to observe man's labor on earth—his eyes not seeing sleep day or night- 17then I saw all that God has done. No one can comprehend what goes on under the sun. Despite all his efforts to search it out, man cannot discover its meaning. Even if a wise man claims he knows, he cannot really comprehend it.
In conclusion, do not rush into work life so soon. Enjoy the times in school with friends and all.
To all, God bless you and take care. This is JoNaThAn, signing ouT*.
